Young Chang Sostinuto

Dear list,
     My mail was down for 2 days so I'm going to repost.  I have a request
to look at
an 8 year old Young Chang (model unknown).  The sostinuto is not working at
all.
I was wondering if there are any common problems appearing in these pianos?
