Do you mean the Music Teachers National Association(MTNA)?  If so they do
not have an e-mail address for the Home Office but there phone number (from
the current issue of their journal) is: 513-421-1420.  The current president
is L.Rexford Whiddon and his e-mail is: whiddon_rex@colstate.edu
