Hi Charles, Good to see you're name up there. Though you may have been around pianotech for awhile, I've not been. Have you heard from any of your old acquaintances at Baldwin recently? I keep hearing very mixed stories about what has been going on since Karen Hendricks took over. I tried to talk with Frank Seta a while back, but all I got from him was the tired old line about how every thing is going great, pianos never sounded better, production is up, quality has never been so good... That being the case, I'm not sure how we were able to recently sell a rebuilt R to a lady who had been offered a new L for $1,050 less than we were asking--and got--for the R. She reported that it (the new L) sounded pretty pathetic. Admittedly, the R we sold was not exactly standard, but still... Anyway, how are things with you otherwise? Regards, Del
