wage increasing

Generally it's been 3%.  Lately with the stocks/economy doing so "well" I
would guess the last 2 years are maybe more.  I look at auto mechanics,
plumbers, a/c technicians and other service techs also.  I was told by a
friend that if your customer just pays you, you're too low.  If he really
whines, too high.  If he hesitates slightly and pays without a word, you're
JUST RIGHT.  

P.S. Don't blow the grass onto the neighbor's drive!  You're an RPT!  You
represent us all.  Be honorable in all things.
