Before deciding on replacement parts for your M & H action, Danny, the
best thing to do would be to try samples. Perhaps you don't have samples
of the available replacement parts. In that case, call Lloyd Meyer(for
Renner parts) or Wally Brooks(for Tokiwa parts). Talk with them
personally and they will make sure you get the best possible match for
your piano. Either Renner or Tokiwa will be excellent replacement parts.
Personally, I lean toward Tokiwa because I have experienced less
repinning needs with them, and their wippens are numbered. But either
part is going to work for you. The main thing is selecting the right
style/model parts.

It is also a good idea to have samples on hand so that you can decide
for yourself what will work best. The Renner parts kit is a good
investment as well as a set of Tokiwa samples.

Finally, since the Everett-allen wrench topic seems to be still floating
around, I'll bet everyone has at least one screwdriver in the tool kit
that will fit that allen wrench hole and turn that screw out of there.
