        CA glue is O.K. for old clunkers for a quick fix, however I feel
the noise factor,  similar to the balance rail hole repair kits, is
unacceptable on a good quality instrument. I have some 1/8" thick maple
inserts  that will do the job perfectly. Sorry I missed seeing last week.
