Bill,

Having met Conrad at a national convention, I can assure you this was not
his intent.  Through my eyes it was just a form of light-hearted humor as
only pianotech subscribers could appreciate.  Apparently you were not one
of these subscribers.  Go easy.  There's more to life then believing there
was ill intent with Conrad's post.  :-)
