Willem, I can ask around to see if anyone remembers the details. There was a story in the newpaper, maybe somebody saved the clipping. I searched through back issues of the Enquirer via their webpage(www.enquirer.com), but found nothing. They've only been online for a year, and this could have been before that. Also, the online version of the newpaper isn't the full paper. At any rate, I think that this occurred roughly a year to a year and a half ago. Certainly sometime during 1996. Like I said, this case involved the Henderson Piano Co. and the Conservatory at the University of Cincinnati. Henderson now sells Yamahas, but it could have been Kawai's at the time, since they switched lines with another dealer (Krefting)last year. I believe that the charges basically stemmed from advertisements which implied that the instruments had been used at the university, when they were actually new units which had been brought in. I was in no way involved in this case, so I have no first hand knowledge. Sorry not to be of more assistance.
