Recovering Hammers

A colleague of mine wants to have a set of hammers re-covered and we've
only heard that Abel does this. Two part question:

1. What is the procedure for sending hammers to be re-covered (ie., will
they take off the old felt and put on the new stuff?). If anyone has
experience with this, I'd appreciate an email with as much detail as can
be mustard.....er, mustered. We need to ketchup....never mind.

2. Does anyone know of any *other* company (or -ies) that do this kind of
re-felting?
