Are all strings of the unison the same 18.1?  What about the note above?
They say you can measure nearby notes and interpolate the number.  Another
option would be to use the old F4-F5 stretch tuning.  You have to do the top
and bottom by ear but it works well for badly scaled pianos and spinets.
