well, been resisting entering this thread but since it continues I'll add one with a different twist. A small console piano in a small church in a large field at the edge of town. Lots of field mice and a crack in the wall behind the pulpit that they had difficulty keeping closed. Not much of a mouse problem for a time, then one day the minister called. Mice had really taken over, taking damper felts, front rail punchings, etc. The minister explained that for a long time a bull snake had lived in the church and had done a good job of controlling the mice. He had not told anyone about the snake for fear it would not set well with some of the members. One evening during a committee meeting the snake made an appearance. End of snake. End of live mouse trap. End of story. Moral: Be kind to bull snakes. Travis
