I Raise the pitch...on the pitch raise.

One person called for a tuning because they weren't really
satisfied with the other tuner. The piano was 1/2 tone flat.
So I got the tension up and tuned it. The customer said it
never sounded so good. It wasn't a very good piano at that and
the other tuner does a good job, so I recommended for the next
tuning that she call the other guy and have it tuned at pitch.
She now realized that having it at pitch is important.
