After reading all the horror stories of grommets replacement and drop
actions, it had to happen to me. Fortunately, I did as someone from the list
suggested: that is remove the wires from the wippen and replace the grommets
without removing the nut. To my surprise, all it took was 1.5 hre. And the
plus is that included regulation that was kept to a minimum.

So, whoever that tip was from, many thanks.
