World's Worst Tuner

I know the story of a know-it-all fellow who wanted to get rid of the
piano tuner for good.  He first inquired about the best tuner around,
than had the piano tuned, twice more than once, and finally WELDED the
tuning pins in place.

I admit he was right on one point: THIS piano no longer needed a piano
tuner...
