Repetition problem

hi list-

Steinway D.  Repeats nicely without using pedal.  Starts to miss when pedal
is stepped down.

All centers lubed w/protek and seem free
Check is high
Spring is lively
jack just slightly below cradle/under knuckle as little as needed without
skip on FFF
minimal aftertouch
No parts rubbing together
Not a problem in the key itself

What do I do?
