<< Sam,

I believe this sounds like a model G - I have one on the shop and will see
if
it fits the particulars that you mentioned. The size sounds tight, but
email me with a little more on how many strings on the bass bridge, etc.
We'll see if we can trace it down.

Ok allan, The latest is Schaff sent me a replacement string that I ordered. I
broke one on the install-and labeled it an "H" It fit perfectly. However, on
the tail of the plate, behind the bass bridge, is stamped, "E". go figure. I
guess the e and h are identical scales. There are 20 bass unisons, 8 of which
are one per note. In the lower tenor are 7 double unisons, for a total of 14
strings. I'd be curious to know how that compares with your understanding.
i'd also be curious to have an idea of this pianos value. Because I plan on
marketing it next week. Once again, it is a 5'6" or 5'7". Thanks. Sam G.
