Hi, David,
        You have only listed a few things regarding this rebuild.  There are
many other hidden problems, like the damper top flanges may not have metal
inserts, as an example.
        The metal rails can be split,
        The key sticks may be rotten.

        Just to name a few.
        The job will be finished when the perishables are in keeping with
the quality of the piano and the work you do.
        You do not want to leave anything in the piano that will compromise
its quality or durability.
