pin height, driving fluid, beckets

What I have done:  I tape a brass tube to the side of my pin driver and 
slide a brass rod of suitable diameter inside it.  I then adjust the 
tube and rod so that the tip of the rod emerges from the tube just as 
the tuning pin goes down to the selected height.  (Thanks to Dale Fox
