Kawai Ivory

Dear List:
Remember those ubiquitous one-piece real ivory keytops that Kawai
shipped over on some of their grands?  Any clue where I might find 1,
yes, just 1 of them?  How much will it cost?  How does it install?  Same
as regular 2-piece ivory?

Yes, I asked how she lost just one.  Said her husband took it off
because it was getting loose then died before he figured out what kind
of glue to use.  (Ah, we must place blame . . .)
