phone article in Journal

 Wow, What a great article on using the phone in this months journal.  Hats
off to Ken Burton.  This all goes to prove that experience is the worlds
best teacher.  It take years to discover that we, the tuner, are at our
clients disposal and it is in their power to help us make a success of our
business helping them.
Congratualations to my friend, Ken Burton!
