Well I finished the leg on Wedsnday and called customer to take it back. No answer on phone tried again later, no answer. Figured she was on vacation. She called back this morning and I went to put it on. Worked fine. After gleaming over all your suggestions I got my new propane torch and heated the screw/bolt letting it cool down between each heating. I screwed on 2 1/2" nuts and put the lower one in my metal vise and tried turning by hand. Each time I tried this in-between heating it budged just a little bit more than the last. With the last try it unscrewed enough to where I thought it ought to be. The next day my Boa-Constrictor clamp came in the mail. Did not have to use it yet. This morning I went to her house jacked up the front of the piano and screwed it right on and it was tight. Did not have to use the clamp again. I had customer check tightness so she knew all was well. Collected my $20 from her and left happy that I lost money on the deal but gained $50 worth of experience that I hope I can remember.
