I've never had the need to shine them any more than a cloth wheel with white
tripoli, but if you must, some plastic polish like Novus #2 or Mirror Glaze
#5 (?) or MacGuire's (sp) #7 are good polishers for plastic providing you
start with a very clean 100 percent cotton cloth.  Cloth made from cotton
mixed with polyesters or any other fiber will leave a cloudy finish.  In a
pinch I've used polishing compound found in auto supply joints.  Last brand
I used was Turtle Wax and then I followed behind it with the wax by the same
company.
