I met some pianos where I just couldn't get anything good out of FAC or 
old F tuning on my SAT.  I already tried to fool around with the FAC 
numbers but never had any success with it.  Your may find a suitable 
temperament in your tuning bank and finish up by ear or go by the good 
old method...
