If your Watchful, Interested Samick customer is inclined to require more
than the usual 1.5 hours (or whatever "usual" is for you), maybe you could
just hang around a little longer -- or schedule her on a day when you have
no appointments following her tuning. The extra attention you give her
could pay off one way or another. Customer for life (regular visits =
regular pay) or Former Customer (because she thought you hung around too
long).
