Epoxy Pinblock Repair

Dick,
	I've seen an epoxy pinblock repair done in a couple of ways.
Both with great results.

Method #1.  (For isolated repairs):  Remove a single string from the
tuning pin.  Use this as your test prior to removing all of the
offenders.  Swab the hole with 5 minute epoxy.  Put the pin back in and
the string back on.  As the epoxy hardens, keep turning the pin.  If it
will work on 1 pin, then probably the others will be fine also.

or

Method #2. (For the entire pinblock):  Remove the pinblock, duct tape the
bottom, saturate and fill the holes with epoxy, cure,  smooth down the
top, reinstall, redrill and restring.
