Hi, Tom, Those 45S Sohmers are a bear. They go insane when the humidity changes and the inharmonicity at the bottom of the middle section is bolistic. I have five of them at Rutgers and hate each one except one which has a climate control system installed which keeps the pitch up. They are good pianos, strong and sound good when regulated. I had one in the pit of a broadway show which I tuned once a week. I also had two Yamahas, one Winter 45", another Yamaha and a Young Chang. The Sohmer _ALWAYS_ required much more tuning than the others, also tuned one a week. Sohmers are not amount my most favored pianos only because they go too far out of tune.
