With 150 pianos there should be two and a half or three technicians, full time,
to perform tunings, repairs and restorations and rebuilding, voicing and other
works for the school.

There is a paper written by the College and University Technicians of The Piano
Technicians Guild that is available from the home office of the Guild call
"Effective Piano Maintenance...'.

Get several copies at $5.00 each for yourself, the chairman, the dean and the
provost and have discussions with these individuals to outline and institute
procedures that meet the needs of all the pianos.
