I am replacing hammer shanks and flanges on a Steinway. In the past I always reused the cloth under the flanges. This time that cloth is very bad, almost unusuable. I don't have time to send to Steinway for replacement cloth. What substitite can I use? understring felt, nameboard felt, bushing cloth? Willem Blees RPT St. Louis
