..here it is, 11:20AM EST Dec.24, otherwise known as Christmas Eve, and I've
already taken 3 calls from people wanting their pianos tuned TODAY..this
last call was from a restaurant owner who wanted to know if I could *come
right over*..well, this restaurant is a full 1.5 hrs. away and he said he
has *2* pianos that are in dire need of tuning..

..after gracefully declining, you could hear the anger/disappointment in his
voice..

..I am in amazement.
