First step is to get the real cost of parts.  I suggest getting the parts
from Brooks, Ltd.  They have all the action parts for old S&Ss.

Explain to her how the cost of parts was far greater than you had thought.
Tell her you hate to teller this and give her a price for different levels
of the work.  All, most and some parts replacement.  If you do levers and
butts consider your time and double it.

You can get a list of parts costs from Brooks, even by fax, and show this to
her and explain your markup policy.
