On a recent trip to England I realised that the reason people are slow to get onto the internet there is that it they pay by the minute for local telephone calls. So you can imagine the bill that they could ring up if they were to spend time surfing the net. People who work in a University or some other establishment that has direct access to the net are in a different playing field. I look forward to hearing more from Inernational Piano Technicians.
