Tuning Exam in Eureka CA??

I want to find out when the next tuning exams will be given after the first
of the year in Eureka CA.  It's easier for me to post an e-mail than make
five thousand phone calls trying to find the right person.  Could someone in
that chapter tell me who to e-mail or call to get this info??
