Schimmel value

Dear List,

Can anyone tell me the retail price of a Schimmel 47 T #272125 (walnut)
back in 1991, retail today, and what the appraised value would be today
being in excellent condition?  I only serviced this piano once in 1991after
delivery, and now this girl is getting divorced and needs to know the
value.  She told me she paid $4100.00 for it.  I remember this being a very
fine piano.
