Wim, List,

Could have been done the Thursday evening when they called.  Also, no one
has mentioned rescheduling one of the Friday customers, rather than
cancelling.  Can't imagine one of the Friday people not understanding the
need.  After all, it was an emergency for the church, regardless of the
obvious poor planning on their part.

When a customer really matters, a person finds a way.
