Hale Electrofork Crystal

Hi all,

I have a Hale Electrofork which I bought from the now defunct Tuners Supply.

When I got out of the car the other day, it fell from the seat onto the
cement floor.  I had our audio technician here at school test it and
discovered that the crystal was broken.

I have, sofar, been unsuccessful in locating a crystal here locally.
The Mhz value of the crystal is 1.06283.

If anyone has any ideas on how I can get this crystal replaced, I would
be very appreciative.
