YC fallboard letters

Dear List,

I have a customer with a Young Chang F-110 console.  Five of the metal
letters have come off of the fallboard.  She says her kids didn't do it!  I
know I can order individual letters from YC, but what would be the best
type of adhesive (epoxy) for this?  I didn't plan on respraying the fallbd
and new letters with lacquer again as done at the factory, or is this
mandatory?

I've serviced many YC's in the past, but I haven't seen this problem
before.
