The ad is on page 29 of the June 1993 PTG Journal for the book by Franz
Mohr.  It is called "My Life with the Great Pianists",  written along
with Edith Schaffer.  The ad is 3 years old.  $16.99 + 2.50 s&h
(hardback).  I speculate that it is still available.  If I'm wrong, the
list will correct me.

This book is excellent.  You feel like you know Franz Mohr, Horowitz,
Rubinstein and Cliburn,  personally.  Franz wrote a chapter about growing up in Nazi Germany.  That chapter alone is worth the price of the book
(plus the box of Kleenex).  Once you start reading it, you cannot put it
down.
