My questions are two: Is > there a tool available for tuning these (a needle-nosed pliers works but is > awfully clumsy)? Does anyone have any tips to make the job easier? > Hi Arlie One tip I know is to move the spring for a close but a sharp pitch and then put some nail varnish on the spring to low the pitch as you want. It put some mass on the rod and stick the sping to the rod and stabilize the tuning. Bye Serge Harel Quebec, Canada
