Damper harmonics

Dennis:

I had a problem with a "D" doing the same, except it was F#2 and the
harmonic was B5. The damper seemed fine and it would even ring when I
had my hand firmly on F#2. I finally discovered that an unbraided
"duplex scale" section was singing. It was in the section of long
duplex strings. When I braided it the singing stopped.

Just a thought.
