I sent this message two days ago. Some of the letters that were sent out
seemed to have gotten cought in an electronic shreded.

AT&T offers customers free Internet access.
AT&T Corp, yesterday began offering local telephone dial-up access to the
Internet. It jump-started the new sevice with a free, one-year, limited trail
for residential customers.
The AT&T WorldNet Service, available to businesses since September, will be
available to long-distance home customers throughregular phone lines.
Under the trail offer, home users who enroll this year will get their first
five hours a month of Internet use free for a year, with no minimum
subscription fee. Unlimited access is available to all AT&T customers,
including busineses, for a flat monthly rate of $19.95.
The service includes directories and topical areas to help people find
information, guided tours for newcomers, navigational aids for uders of all
skill levels, and electronic mail. AT&T said it began taking orders yesterday
for the service, which will be available March 14 to U.S. customers.The
company said it will offer two plans for non-AT&T consumers with one priced
at $4.95 a month for the first three hours of access and $2.50 for each
additional hour, and a second unlimited service plan priced at $24.95 a month
with no further hourly charges.
