Good luck with your piano. Once you've got it up and playing, I am sure it
will be a terrific sounding instrument. I can't help you with all the parts,
but in regards to the brass flanges, two years ago I got a couple of dozen
from Ford. Since they sold to Beethoven, you night want to call them and see
if they still have any.
