Bob: My experience with K&B's are to do as little to them as possible, and tell the customer that these "(K)Chronically Bad" pianos should never have been built in the first place. They might sound good, but no matter what you do, the action is going to be a constant problem. Just my opinion Willem Blees RPT St. Louis
