List:

Just for the record. Don't use the PVC glue found in hardware stores and
which
is used to fasten together PVC pipes. Repeat: DON'T.

The glue youCAN buy in hardware stores is WELDBOND, a Candian product,
which has many fine uses, including glueing on key ivory or the modern
version
thereof. We also use it in the repair of disintegrating school violins,
cellos, etc
in place of ground hide glue. You can also use it in actions where you
would
use TITEBOND, but we prefer the latter. Weldbond is also very handy for
glueing
dissimilar materials together; we tend to favor it for damper felt to
damper head.

It comes in various size squeeze bottles. If the 1st hardware store you
try doesn't
have it, try a couple more. You'll be glad and your gratitude will build
up my karma.
