Dampp-Chaser supplies the installation schematic binder as a matter of course
to technicians when they become field experts.  A field expert is a
technician who has installed 25 or more systems.  We also furnish it to
others upon request.

Our expectation is that at some point in the future we will replace it with
something (not defined as what for the moment) that will be easy to
communicate to technicians, will be inexpensive, and will provide the best
installation advice available.  This is a tall order but it is our hope.

In the meantime, the installation schematic binder and new video tape of
actual installation in a grand and a vertical are available.
