You might consider diassembling one or more of the pianos. If you have
space, you may want to store the action & keys for parts. You can salvage a
quantity of screws and bolts from the case & frame, sell the plate for scrap
iron, perhaps use the case parts as lumber or firewood. The knowledge you
will gain from totally diassembling a piano will be worth the time.
