Pardon me while I barge in with my issue du jour....parafin-sick flanges... So, rebush 'em? Repin 'em? Soak 'em? Or toss 'em? My experience has been if you repin and use protek on the verdigris bushings, the verdigris doesn't come back. That is, use the Protek while the pin is out of the bushings. That way the Protek will completely dissolve the verdigris and wash it out of the bushings, and you are left with a clean bushing. Applying protek leaving the old pin in will work for a while, but it doesn't seem to get all the stuff out with just one application. Several applications are usually necessary. vince mrykalo rpt byu provo utah ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It is theory that decides what we believe - Einstein I believe that is a sound theory - Vince ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
