She said, "Fuck" in a her >distinctive voice. The ladies pretended not to notice, until about the >third time this Niggra word came up, and each time my mother would say >Fuck. They asked her why and she repied she would say Fuck every time >they said Niggra. They stopped right away. This lesson stayed with me, >unfortunately for those in the list >who think it is fine to use sexist humor but are offended by sex. >Benjamin Treuhaft >Send a Piana to Havana Does this mean that every time someone offends you, you start in on the dirty jokes? Interesting strategy. Actually, this really isn't about what is or isn't morally correct. No, we don't need sexist jokes. Neither do we need sex jokes. We don't even need someone to tell us what the PTG code of ethics is about. I don't think that people subscribe to this list to be cleansed or enlightened. This is about pianos! So lets save all this other soul searching stuff for another list and get back to work. ---- Rick Florence, Piano Technician Arizona State University School of Music Rick.Florence@ASU.Edu
