Bob, Send them the name, serial number, a paper tracing of the spring rail and I think they can do it. You may want to call Jamie Marks or Alton Newton @ (915) 858-0919 to make sure or the fax number is (915) 778-9316. Regarding the Hastings I think you have to take out some keys and access screws that are inserted from above and behind the keyslip. I believe the keyslip will then come off.
