Service contracts: good, bad, or what?

Mike,
   Two other things to consider; 1)would she teach her weekly students on a
daily basis for the same fee? & 2)remember word gets around. You're likely
to have other teachers wanting the same thing if the fee is seriously
reduced. Then, you're in trouble!!!!!
   You have obligations to meet too.
