Things that go Clunk

      Thanks to Don Mannino for his knuckle-easing suggestions, ( I was
secretly hoping he would reply), that seems to be the point of greatest
clunk production in these actions.
      As for the rubber-backing idea, I'll have to test that one out on
my new prototype grand that I'm secretly constructing (the one with the
red keys).
